Handles exceptions from AJAX code, giving more useful errors and tracebacks. (By the way, all these new snippets are extracts from [django-webapp](http://code.google.com/p/django-webapp/).) This exact code is not well tested, but it's refactored from some code we use in production.

If you request static files such as images, javascript or css using http rather than https, the browser will complain that your site is not secure. This simple context processor will replace http:// with https:// in your MEDIA_URL if your static files are being included from an https page. In your settings.py just replace 'django.core.context_processors.media' with your new context processor.

Given a youtube url (can copy and paste right from the browser) turns the url into an embedded video. If you put this in your app's templatetags/filters.py, you can do the following >{{ object.youtube_url|youtube }} and it would embed the youtube video.
Have you ever wanted a decorator that you could apply either straight-out: @mydec def myfun(...): ... or with special arguments: @mydec(special=foo) def myfun(...): ... ? Well, decorate it with this metadecorator, and voila. (I had this idea independently, but it's been done before as decorator_withargs: http://osdir.com/ml/python.ideas/2008-01/msg00048.html. My version is actually useful because it deals with signatures and calling directly.) As http://www.siafoo.net/article/68 points out, the standard decorator module has too much magic: the "@decorator" decorator expects a wrapping function, not a working decorator. This module fixes that.

This subclass of django.models.Field stores a python datetime.timedelta object as an integer column in the database. It includes a TimedeltaFormField for editing it through djangos admin interface. Feedback welcome. 2011-04-20: TimedeltaField can now be (de)serialized. Tested with JSON. 2009-11-23: `_has_changed()` added. Before form.changed_data contained timedelta FormFields, even if nothing changed.
I find Django's default YAML serializer output too repetitive, so I came up with this customized version that avoids outputting the model name for every single object, and makes the primary key into an index for the object's fields. This allows many simple model instances to be serialized as one-liners. See the module docstring for additional explanation and usage notes.
Uses the token generator located at django.contrib.auth.tokens as an authentication mechanism aimed mainly at API calls. Any POST request with a valid token and user parameter will work as if the user were logged in normally.
I have not extensively test this yet. But working for templates with embedded images. If you want to use Django template system use `msg` and optionally `textmsg` as template context (dict) and define `template` and optionally `texttemplate` variables. Otherwise msg and textmsg variables are used as html and text message sources. If you want to use images in html message, define physical paths and ids in tuples. (image paths are relative to MEDIA_ROOT) example: images=(('email_images/logo.gif','img1'),('email_images/footer.gif','img2')) use them in html like this: `<img src="cid:img1"><br><img src="cid:img2">` stripogram and feedparser modules are used for extract plain text from html message source. If you are going to define text partition explicitly, than you can comment out line 10,11 and 48.
