SelectDateWidget with format: day, month, year

This is the same as django.forms.extras.widgets.SelectDateWidget but changing the order of the rendered select boxes to: day, month, year.

This can also be achieved by changing settings.DATE_FORMAT with the builtin from django.forms.extras.widgets import SelectDateWidget
